IRS Releases Final Reporting Forms

As you get ready to file 2015 reports required by the Act, the Internal Revenue has released the final for submitting these reports, along with instructions for them.

For reports filed by include Form 1095-C  and Form 1094-C , the transmittal document to accompany filed with the and Instructions to Form 1095-C and Form 1094-C.

For companies and self-insuring, reports include Form 1095-B and Form 1094-B, the transmittal document and Instructions to 1094-B & 1095-B.
